Drill rig is mounted on a 2017 Fuso Canter 4x4 light rigid truck.
The truck is slightly longer then a dual cab ute and can go almost anywhere that 4x4 ute can. A dual axel trailer is used for rod and water carting when washbore / core is required. Truck is 6.5 Tonne, and trailer is a bit less than 3 Tonne for a total weight of just under 10 Tonne. Capable of using small country bridges without exceeding load limits.
Dry Auger + SPT to 12m depth (truck only, no trailer needed) Wet Washbore + SPT to 21m depth (trailer required) Wet Coring to 24m (trailer required) NMLC size, 51mm core, using HQ size steel casing to 5.5m depth if needed.
Undisturbed tube samples Acid Sulfate via SPT CBR auger samples Continuous SPT testing from surface without return sample
